To cater to riders of all abilities, Barry-Roubaix offers four distinct race lengths, each presenting its own set of challenges. Floyds of Leadville “Chiller” (18 miles): A perfect introduction to the Barry-Roubaix experience, the Chiller spans 18 miles with approximately 1,200 feet of ascent. Despite its name, riders can expect a thrilling ride that sets the tone for the more demanding routes. Security CU “Thriller” (36 miles): Doubling the distance, the Thriller elevates the challenge with a 36-mile course that climbs approximately 2,200 feet. Riders navigate varied terrain, experiencing the thrill of both the speed and the ascent. SRAM “Killer” (62 miles): For those seeking a more formidable challenge, the Killer stretches over 62 miles, featuring approximately 4,000 feet of ascent. This course demands both physical prowess and strategic riding as cyclists traverse the demanding landscape. Panaracer “Psycho Killer” (100 miles): The pinnacle of the Barry-Roubaix experience, the Psycho Killer is not for the faint of heart. Covering an extensive 100 miles and boasting over 7,000 feet of ascent, this route is a true test of endurance, skill, and sheer determination. With a capped field of 400 racers, it adds an element of exclusivity to the challenge.
