One of the signature events produced by George’s Cycles is the Bogus Basin Hill Climb. Established in 1972, it is the third oldest continuously running hill climb in the United States. The event challenges cyclists to ascend 4,314 feet over an 18.5-mile course from Boise to the Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area. The Hill Climb attracts a diverse group of participants, from Olympians and Tour de France riders to local enthusiasts, celebrating Boise’s vibrant cycling community.
