Trail Racing Over Texas was founded by Rob and Rachel Goyen, both born and raised in Texas and started race directing in 2014 after each personally falling in love with Texas trail running.  TROT is supported by an energetic crew of runners, explorers, servants, and passionate individuals who are passionate about providing world-class events for our runners while maintaining the fun, community, and low-key atmosphere that made them fall in love with trail racing.  TROT is deeply committed to shining a light on Texas's best places for trail running. From 5k's to 200 milers, from flat and fast to challenging with hills, their trail races offer it all!  Whether you are a new runner, a seasoned veteran, or looking for a change of pace, Trail Racing Over Texas has an option for you.
