This group started organizing events and races, soon becoming popular among Italian cyclists.

In 2014, the Strade Bianche, a one-day race that includes a significant portion of gravel roads, was added to the UCI World Tour calendar, further popularizing gravel cycling in Italy. The race has since become a significant event in the Italian cycling calendar, attracting top professional riders worldwide.
