Beti Bike Bash 2026
About This Event
The Beti Bike Bash stands out as a women-only mountain bike event that creates genuine community among female riders of all skill levels. Organized by Shift Events and supporting Little Bellas, the race welcomes anyone who identifies as female, from complete beginners to experienced racers, fostering an atmosphere of empowerment rather than intimidation.
Set at Bear Lake State Park in October, the event offers five distinct categories across fast, flowy trail networks. The “Never Ever” and “New Mom” categories combine for an 8.9-mile course with 635 feet of climbing, providing a supportive introduction for first-time racers or mothers returning to riding. The “Beginner” category covers identical terrain for those with some experience, while “Sport/Singlespeed” riders tackle 11.3 miles and 951 feet of climbing.
The “Expert” category features two laps on an 8.3-mile loop for 16.6 miles total with 1,486 feet of climbing. Young riders aged 13 and under can participate in “Bitty Beti,” choosing between 1.8-mile single lap or 3.6-mile double lap options, with parents welcome on course for support.
Course pre-riding is encouraged, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with the terrain before race day. The trails showcase Bear Lake’s natural beauty while remaining accessible across skill levels.
Beyond racing, the event features an expo area with sponsors, post-race food, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Registration includes race tee, socks, finisher water bottle, lunch, and park entry. The emphasis on connection and celebration creates lasting friendships while breaking down barriers in mountain biking.
