Lone Wolf Birmingham is a 24-hour multi-lap trail running challenge set in Wyre Forest near Bewdley, Worcestershire. Participants run a 6.7km undulating forest-track loop and complete as many laps as possible within 24 hours, with each lap beginning on the hour. Runners must finish each loop within 60 minutes to remain in the event, with any remaining time available for rest and refueling before the next lap begins.

The event appeals to runners of all abilities, from beginners to elite athletes, accommodating distances equivalent to 10k, half marathon, marathon, and ultramarathon depending on lap completion. The course winds through mixed terrain of forest tracks and singletrack paths, offering an immersive experience in natural woodland setting.

Event facilities include a café, changing rooms, toilets, water stations, first aid support, and onsite parking. Participants should bring camping chairs, head torches, appropriate layered clothing, spares, sustenance, and potentially camping equipment for rest periods. Dogs on leads are permitted, and spectators can cheer from the start/finish area.
