About This Event

Experience the thrill of gravel riding while immersing yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the Osage Hills at the Osage Passage 2026 gravel cycling event just outside Tulsa, Oklahoma. The event draws participants from across the country as well as the region. Osage Passage 2026 uniquely offers camping, music, bonfires, and five stellar gravel routes. Just 25 minutes from Downtown Tulsa, this weekend’s celebration is about enjoying the community that springs up around the shared experiences of challenges on a bike. Strambecco rates the event as one of the Best Gravel Events in the South-Central region.

One of the standout features of the Osage Passage event is its wide range of route options. From beginners to seasoned riders, there’s something for everyone. Choose from routes ranging from 14, 40, 61, 101, and 300 miles, each catering to different difficulty levels and fitness abilities.

Adding to the event’s allure, the routes are named after gravel types for difficulty rather than indicating the type of gravel riders will encounter. Osage Passage gravel, mainly composed of crushed white chat, remains rideable even in rainy conditions. Unlike the notorious Flint Hills, which can cause tire damage, Osage gravel minimizes the risk of flat tires.

Beyond the epic ride, Osage Passage offers a camping experience that creates lasting memories. Set up your tent or RV in the picturesque venue and embrace the camping lifestyle. Gather around campfires, indulge in s’mores, and enjoy evening conversations with fellow participants. The community atmosphere is palpable, with live music, shared desserts, and a relaxed ambiance.

As the event progresses, post-race festivities add to the excitement. Witness the arrival of Osage Passage XL riders, marveling at their determination and accomplishments. Enjoy live music, request your favorite songs, and revel in the company of fellow cyclists.

After a memorable weekend, Sunday morning marks the final day of camping. Consider joining the unofficial post-race recovery ride, where riders can reconnect and enjoy a refreshing pedal through the scenic surroundings.
